Provide the information below so that material options can be reviewed on a consistent basis.

Material & application: Product family, intended use and relevant drawing.
Standard & grade: Applicable material standard, alloy or grade and temper / delivery condition.
Dimensions: Thickness, width, length and dimensional tolerances, with units.
Surface & coating: Finish, coating mass or thickness, treatment and protection where applicable.
Quantity & delivery: Trial volume, recurring demand, required timing and destination.
Verification: MTC, inspection plan, traceability and any customer-specific approval requirements.
